Introducing our debut collaboration with ‘The UNCooking Show’. This is an authentically fermented raw, plant based/vegan collection made especially for Chef Doreet’s live food show. This first episode features a gourmet cheese plate using our collection! This collection includes four cheese wheels (herb, peppercorn, pesto, and lavender dill) as pictured here.
For maximum shelf life of this collection, freeze cheese until ready to enjoy.
Ingredients.
Pesto: Cashews, water, basil, pine nuts, garlic, culture, and salt.
Herb: Cashews, water, herbs, culture, and salt.
Peppercorn: Cashews, water, peppercorn, smoke salt, and culture.
Lavender Dill: Cashews, water, culture, salt, lavender, and dill.

All 4 of the cheeses in this collection are fabulous. The pesto is one of my favorites as well as the lavender dill. The peppercorn and herb are always a delicious addition to any table. These are perfect as gifts or just to have around during the holidays.
Thank goodness this cheese is back! No one makes such great products.. no similar product even compares. This is the best of the best.
