The Barb Collection

This is a special edition collection requested by Barb containing two nacho and two peppercorn cheeses. 

NOTE:  The nacho cheese has the new improved wax rind which has an extended shelf life stored in the fridge.  

For maximum shelf life of this collection, freeze cheese until ready to enjoy.

Ingredients.

Nacho:  Cashews, water, carrot, lemon, peppers, green onion, culture, and salt.  Wrapped with traditional wax rind

Peppercorn:  Cashews, water, peppercorn, smoke salt, and culture.
