This is a special edition collection requested by Barb containing two nacho and two peppercorn cheeses.
NOTE: The nacho cheese has the new improved wax rind which has an extended shelf life stored in the fridge.
For maximum shelf life of this collection, freeze cheese until ready to enjoy.

Nacho: Cashews, water, carrot, lemon, peppers, green onion, culture, and salt. Wrapped with traditional wax rind
Peppercorn: Cashews, water, peppercorn, smoke salt, and culture.

Just as amazing as I remembered!
Barb has great taste. Both of these are amazing flavors. I let the Nacho soften enough I could dip a corn chip and it worked awesome. The peppercorn is really nice spread on a pita sandwich. Thanks!
