This was a completely unexpected offering from the Cave. The Nacho is a great standard. The Red Dragon was interesting, and I am still unsure what the secret flavor is that I am tasting. The Mac Parmesan, works great on a big pile of spaghetti. I let the Zaatar Balls age in my cupboard for an extra month and they took on a really sharp flavor with the spices taking it to another level. Great offering here!
