NOTE:  I reopened the inventory.  I am working on an alternative shipping option which would be much better 2 and 3 day air freight price.  The ground pricing is pretty consistent with what we have now.  So if you require 2, 3 day air freight might be better to wait for a cheaper option. Introducing the '2023 Collection'.  This year's collection is an exploration of new substrates and cultures featuring chickpea protein and oat blends, wine and nori rinds, and Penicillium roqueforti.  This collection contains four handmade 6 oz. round cheeses shipped on ice to your doorstep.  For maximum shelf life store cheese in the freezer until you are ready to eat.  Our new sustainable packaging has anti-microbial and freezer burn deterring properties.  (NOTE:  DO NOT STORE 'CREAMY BLUE' IN FREEZER AS THE NATURAL RIND DOES NOT FREEZE WELL.  You might want to eat that one first).

Just live the cheeses you make. I never was a blue cheese fan, but we ate that one first and it was surprisingly good! Happened to have some almond rosemary crackers and for some reason the blue cheese paired very nicely. The smoky paprika was just the right amount of smoke as was the presto. After trying the chili cheese I ended up going in a chili bender and was adding chili powder or fresh to everything. We are so blessed to have you share the pairings you come up with!

I am a sucker for a good Blue cheese, but the Pesto, Chili, and Oat Paprika were all such a bonus here. All of these flavors just blew my mind. The Pesto with it's wine rind, the Chili with it's seaweed rind, and the Out texture with on eof my favorite spices. Can't get any better than this one.
